Meredith is an experienced project and relationship manager. She has spent over 10 years working in the project management space, holding positions in international conference and event planning, non-profit board development and planning, and most recently federal consulting. In her role as a project management consultant working with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), she led projects in the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER) including process improvement and restructuring for the CDER Research Governance Council, modernizing and streamlining pharmaceutical inspections as part of the New Inspection Protocol Project, and supporting the CDER Executive Committee with center-wide governance improvements.
When she’s not working as a consultant, you can find Meredith training clients at TitanUp Fitness, working in her health coaching practice, and reading on the beach with her husband, James (yes, his name is James Franco – no he’s not the actor) and their dog, Harper.
